Full time or Part Time rosters available.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee the health and wellbeing of residents during night shifts, ensuring a high standard of clinical care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with a supportive team to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical care, including assessments, medication management, and wound care.
Monitor and respond to residents' health needs during night hours.
Supervise and support care staff to deliver person-centred care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Aged Care Quality Standards.
Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns as required.
What our client is looking Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 6 months of experience working as an RN in Australia (mandatory) in Aged Care as RN.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
