About the Position:
Our client is expanding their Property & Commercial team and is actively seeking experienced Property Lawyers and Conveyancers to join their Gold Coast HQ with the added opportunity to become part of an exciting new Brisbane office launch.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role with a strong existing client base, working alongside experienced lawyers and paralegals who are dedicated to property and commercial law. The role will focus on Queensland-based conveyancing and property matters, with the option to handle NSW matters if you have experience in cross-border transactions.
You'll work on a manageable, high-quality caseload that includes:
* Residential and commercial conveyancing
* Off-the-plan purchases
* Family transfers and small-scale commercial transactions
You won't be caught in a 'high volume, low touch' environment – each matter is handled thoroughly with professional legal oversight.
Key Requirements:
* Admitted Solicitor with 2–5 years' experience in Property Law (private practice experience needed)
* Proven experience managing QLD conveyancing files from start to finish
* NSW property law experience is advantageous but not essential
* Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple files and maintain high attention to detail
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* LEAP experience is a bonus, not a requirement
* Willingness to travel between offices if required
