**The company**

**The role**
Two positions are available within the Service Administration team. There will be a focus on invoicing in SAP, raising cost esitmates, answering customer enquiries via telephone and assisting in the coordination of field service jobs.
**Your duties**:
- Answering incoming calls promptly; assisting with product and servicing enquiries
- Coordinating returns and repairs with relevant internal departments
- Following up purchase orders
- General administrative duties
- Working hours are between 8 am - 6 pm; shifts can be 8 am - 4 pm, or 8.30am - 4.30pm for example
**Your skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- CRM system and SAP use advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
