What you'll bring
* 3+ years in business analysis, including 1+ year in IAM or cybersecurity.
* Strong knowledge of IAM principles, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.) and familiarity with Agile/project tools (Jira, Asana).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We're partnering with a leading energy client in Perth to find a skilled
IAM Business Analyst
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, IT, and security, helping deliver IAM initiatives that strengthen security and support organisational goals.
What you'll do
* Gather and document IAM requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
* Analyse and improve existing IAM processes, identifying gaps and opportunities.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
* Support project planning, execution, and risk assessment for IAM initiatives.
* Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Bonus points
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar IAM platforms.
* Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
* Exposure to DevOps and Agile delivery environments.
