Student Recruitment Specialist Role
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment plan within the school leaver audience to attract secondary school students to our university. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate specialist acquisition functions for student recruitment activities within the school leaver market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of VTAC recruitment activities to increase enrolments into various courses across the TAFE and undergraduate portfolios;
* Developing and executing a strategic approach to recruitment in key regional areas, contributing to overall planning and organization of school leaver student recruitment activities;
* Coordinating, planning, delivering and evaluating school leaver activities for university courses and managing the overall recruitment onboarding rostering and performance management of the student ambassadors team across Ballarat campuses;
* Utilizing expertise in student recruitment project management, relationship building, and innovative marketing strategies to promote University and TAFE courses effectively.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve impactful results. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to form meaningful and sustainable professional relationships through effective communication skills, including experience and confidence in public speaking.
To succeed in this role, you must possess demonstrated experience in senior sales and/or student recruitment positions, as well as excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. All applicants are required to submit a resume and a response to the key selection criteria.
