Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining a well-established insurance brokerage that has recently doubled its client base through two major acquisitions. The business employs around 47 staff and has a strong focus on workers' compensation in WA, alongside motor, farming, and farm motor claims. You'll lead a close-knit team of five, including full-time and part-time members, who are passionate about delivering great outcomes for clients in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?
* Lead, coach, and manage the claims team to deliver exceptional service
* Assist with the resolution of complex claims (final decisions remain with insurers)
* Liaise confidently with clients, insurers, and brokers
* Represent the claims function at internal meetings and contribute to process improvement
* Support workflow management and ensure efficient team operations
* Help foster a positive, productive team culture
What do you need?
* Experience in claims (workers' compensation or property preferred)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage high volumes of work with resilience and professionalism
* Previous leadership experience ideal (training provided)
* Confidence and initiative to manage your own workload effectively
* A professional, client-focused approach
