Responsibilities
* Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain store appearance, upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
* Work alongside the team on registers, shelf filling, and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas.
* Ensure smooth store operations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Step in and run the store while the Store Manager is on leave.
What We Need From You
* Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
* Excellent communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers.
* Passion and skill for motivating, training, and encouraging team performance.
* Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results.
* A professional and responsible approach to all situations.
* Capability to work independently and oversee the execution of ALDI policies and procedures.
