About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team on-site and independently manage the delivery of residential roof replacement projects from start to finish.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site
* Managing safety, quality control and job sequencing
* Ensuring alignment with company values and standards
* Problem‑solving on‑site challenges and maintaining workflow
* Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in metal roofing
* A current driver's licence and White Card
* Ability to manage project delivery independently
* Working at Heights and high‑risk licences (preferred)
* Leadership or team‑supervision experience in the field
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual roofing tasks
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
* A strong understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installation methods
