What you'll do as a Speech Pathologist
* Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language, and social skills
* Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community
* Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at Brisbane hubs
* Complete assessments, assistive technology recommendations, and reports
* Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines
* Use modern systems to keep your admin simple and efficient
We are seeking Speech Pathologists who are experienced but newly graduated Speech Pathologists are welcome.
You won't be flying solo; the clinical offers a fully structured 12-month graduate program includes:
* A full week of induction + a few weeks of shadowing
* Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring
* Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connections
* Regular PD, internal speakers, and hands‐on learning
What we require from a Speech Pathologist
* Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)
* WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
* Driver's licence + reliable car
* Indemnity & public liability insurance
