About the role
We are seeking an experienced Process Planner to join our esteemed technical team, boasting a +10-year mine life.
* Reporting to the Processing Superintendents
* Review current team's technical capability and identify training needs
* Develop and implement plans to improve team capability over time
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing input into the development of the rolling weekly maintenance plan for approved work orders
* Scheduling routine maintenance activities in consultation with Maintenance
* Reviewing and ensuring priority alignment with task criticality and work management process
Other duties may include coaching the team to improve safety performance, conducting housekeeping duties, and identifying area continuous improvement opportunities.
