Customer Service Role
This is a full-time, permanent ongoing position, open to applicants based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with potential participants, conducting phone screening questionnaires, selecting trials for participants, building excellent rapport with new and existing participants, and scheduling appointments and maintaining the participant database.
