This part-time role is onsite at our office for three days a week, covering parental leave responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team
* Manage product quoting, ordering, receipting, and delivery
* Coordinate contract renewals and agreements
* Maintain tracking systems for sales activity and licenses
* Monitor stock levels and movements
* Assist with claims and supplier communications
* Support proposal preparation and tender documents
* Organize sales events, campaigns, and mail outs
* Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and backorders
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and escalate issues as needed
* Conduct regular stock takes and stay updated on technologies
* Greet visitors and manage calls, access, and supplies
* Coordinate logistics and freight
* Support HR tasks and event planning
Requirements include:
* At least 2 years of sales administration experience
* Experience working in an MSP environment
* Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure
* Vendor Sales Certificates are a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
