We're seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Strategist to enable us to understand the external landscape of economic, labour, and commercial markets as they impact our workforce supply. This role will drive innovation and excellence in workforce planning, delivering strategic insights that inform smarter decisions.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Economics, Commerce, Business, or Human Resources, or possess equivalent experience demonstrating depth of expertise. They'll be skilled at researching and validating information across multiple sources, interpreting workforce composition and organisational structures with precision.

A National Police Clearance and Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level are required. While we accept all applications, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries may not be eligible due to access restrictions on protected US defence technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
