Business Development Executive - Fleet Management & Outsourced Services (NSW)

This is a high-impact new business role within a market-leading provider of Fleet Management and outsourced services, backed by a global organisation with long-term stability and strong brand recognition.
Based in Sydney, you'll be responsible for driving growth across NSW by winning new clients and positioning best-in-class fleet management, leasing, and outsourced service solutions to commercial and enterprise customers.
The Role
This is a true hunter role - focused on new business development, not account management.
You'll identify, target, and secure new opportunities with organisations looking to outsource and optimise their vehicle fleets. Success comes from strong prospecting, consultative selling, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers across Finance, Procurement, and Executive teams.
Supported by experienced leadership, proven systems, and industry-leading sales tools, you'll have everything needed to build a strong pipeline and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business sales across NSW within fleet management and outsourced services
* Prospect, qualify, and close B2B opportunities
* Engage with Procurement, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders
* Deliver consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs
* Build and manage a strong, active sales pipeline
* Accurately forecast and report on sales activity and performance
* Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams
About You
* Proven experience in B2B new business development
* Background in Fleet Management, leasing, outsourced services, BPO, equipment management, or complex solutions sales highly regarded
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Confident engaging senior decision-makers
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
