The role offers 32 hours of coaching per week, with additional hours up to full time available within our aquatics programs.You will be responsible for programming and delivering squad sessions for swimmers of all levels, from Development through to Performance and Adults. As a Squad Coach, you will collaborate with our growing team under the mentorship of our exceptional Head Coach. A Development Coach qualification is required, however we are happy to offer a training agreement for the right candidate.You’ll have:Experience coaching swimmers at various competitive levelsProven ability to motivate and inspire squad swimmers of all ages and abilitiesA Development Swim Coach Licence is highly regardedDemonstrated ability to foster a culture of improvement while maintaining a strong community focusSCTA MembershipCurrent First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children CheckYour CommitmentWe trust you to work autonomously and make key decisions for your squad.
