What You'll Be Doing…
You will complete Certificate III in Business over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
* Meet and greet visitors and maintain visitor registration systems
* Answer internal and external customer enquiries via face to face, phone and written correspondence
* Complete administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail, scanning/filing, emails, data entry, document processing and more.
* Setting up and maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms
* Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required
What You'll Bring To The Table…
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
* Commitment to both on and off the job training.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Good computer skills (MS Office)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
