Claims Officer
As a Claims Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior claims service to customers within the fast-track property damage segment.
Your Role
* Efficiently manage the claims process to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.
* Assess policy coverage and escalate issues as needed to guarantee fair outcomes.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers, investigators, and other key stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards.
* Maximise claim outcomes by handling recoveries from third parties.
* Conduct regular self-audits of claims files to maintain high internal audit standards.
* Respond to enquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with privacy guidelines.
About You
* You will have previous experience in Property Damage & Liability Claims, preferably.
* You will have experience working within the insurance industry.
* You will have basic knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes.
* You must possess strong organisational, time management, and communication skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* You will have excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* You will have proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in alternative dispute resolution.
