We're currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our HR Team on a casual basis.
Hours and working days are flexible and will be discussed with the successful candidate.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the department, while also supporting general company operations.
This position is perfect for a student currently studying Human Resources or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience and kick-start their career.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including filing, shredding and document preparation.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding life cycle, including screening resumes, setting up interviews and conducting reference checks, guiding successful candidates through a positive onboarding experience.
Draft employment contracts and HR documentation.
Perform data entry to maintain accurate employee records.
Serve as a key HR contact for operation, providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
What You Bring
Previous experience in an administrative, reception or similar position.
A genuine interest in HR, with current studies or qualification in HR viewed highly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Energetic, friendly, and confident communicator.
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
