Our client, a leading player in the plastic manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team.
As their Client Accounts Manager, you'll be the face and voice of the business to their customers. You'll nurture and grow key accounts, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. Acting as the primary point of contact for escalations, you'll drive satisfaction, advocate for customers internally, and help steer strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers; act as the primary point of contact and escalation to resolve issues promptly; conduct regular check-ins and proactive communication.
* Account Reviews & Strategic Growth: Lead annual account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, align on future goals and develop tailored solutions; drive new business within existing accounts to meet growth targets.
* Forecasting, Pricing & ERP Management: Prepare accurate customer quotes, provide timely demand forecasts to production/planning, conduct regular pricing reviews, establish lead times and MOQs, and maintain accurate customer data, pricing and order history within the ERP system.
* Voice of the Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion customer perspectives internally, analyse feedback to inform product/service improvements, and work closely with production, supply chain, PMO, logistics and administration to deliver on customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
* Operational Excellence & Reporting: Ensure smooth order fulfilment, compliance with company policies, facilitate supplier business reviews, communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders, and forecast/track key account metrics (monthly sales, annual forecasts).
About You
* Experienced Relationship Manager: Proven background in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role (manufacturing or industrial experience highly regarded).
* Exceptional Communicator & Problem Solver: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and issue-resolution skills with the ability to manage complex customer needs confidently.
* Cross-Functional Collaborator: Comfortable working closely with production, supply chain, administration and other internal teams to deliver on customer requirements.
* Organised & Data-Driven: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, and proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Proactive & Resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of customer success, and builds lasting relationships.
