Job Description
* Provide L1/L2 operational support for SAP FI/CO, resolving priority incidents and system defects impacting Finance processes
* Support core finance functions including AP, AR, GL, and COPA within SAP
* Monitor and maintain system interfaces and IDocs to ensure accurate and timely data flow
* Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial reporting deadlines are met
* Perform system monitoring, targeted fixes, and maintain support documentation to ensure ongoing system stability
The Successful Applicant
A successful SAP Support Analyst should have:
* Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business, Finance, or a related field
* 3+ years' experience supporting SAP FI/CO systems
* Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, CO-PA)
* Experience in incident management and L1/L2 application support
* Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to support financial close periods under pressure
