Our company seeks a marketing professional to maintain our website, coordinate print and distribution of promotional materials, support events, manage external partners, process marketing invoices, and provide weekly updates.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in digital design, marketing, and customer service. The successful candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, be proactive, creative, and able to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain our website by updating content, design, and compliance requirements using a content management system.
* Coordinate the print and distribution of brand and/or campaign collateral, including creating point-of-sale materials and managing design, printing, and distribution.
* Support events by coordinating printed materials, merchandise, venue setup, and stakeholder management.
* Manage external partners, such as print, signage, and warehouse management services.
* Process marketing invoices and provide weekly updates to the Marketing Manager.
* Compile monthly reports, including campaign performance indicators.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Digital Design and Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
* A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a service industry.
* Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and some experience with Adobe Design Suite (in Design, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Strong research and analytical skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
