About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm\'s Commercial team, working with the Managing Partner on complex and high-value transactions across commercial and property law.
Responsibilities
Advising on property and commercial matters, including property transactions, leases, contracts for the sale of land and businesses, and commercial agreements.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, leases, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
Providing strategic legal advice on complex legal and commercial issues.
Managing large-scale commercial and residential property projects.
Advising on corporate structuring and commercial agreements.
Assisting with business sales, acquisitions, and franchising.
Handling commercial, retail, and industrial leasing matters.
Conducting legal research to stay abreast of developments in commercial law and applying knowledge to client matters.
The Successful Applicant / Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 2 years\' post-admission experience in commercial and/or property law.
Robust technical skills with the ability to manage complex matters.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing team.
