You are responsible for career development, recruitment, succession planning, performance reviews and the delegation of work. You will also manage the financial operations including fee structures, billing, and invoicing and collaborate with the business development team to grow the client base and lead any strategic projects.A professional qualification and ASX listed company secretarial work experience is essential as well as demonstrable people management and leadership expertise.
