Job Summary:
Seeking seasoned CyberArk specialists who bring an engineering-first mindset to Privileged Access Management (PAM). The focus is on automating critical processes, including CI/CD and client onboarding, while maximizing efficiency and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and support
CyberArk and PAM solutions
(Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, etc.).
* Automate workflows and deployments using
GitHub Actions, Ansible, CloudFormation
, or equivalent DevSecOps tools.
* Participate in CI/CD pipeline development to streamline onboarding and configuration.
* Monitor system performance; troubleshoot and manage incidents across PAM infrastructure.
* Engage in
Disaster Recovery planning and execution
.
* Mentor team members; create documentation (SOPs, technical diagrams, knowledge articles).
* Ensure operational excellence and automation-first configuration deployments.
* Collaborate across teams to maintain performance, availability, and maintainability.
Mandatory Qualifications:
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk or equivalent PAM systems. -
* Active
CyberArk certifications
(e.g., Defender, Sentry) preferred.
* Deep knowledge of
IAM protocols
(SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC).
* Proficiency in
automation scripting
and tools such as
PowerShell
,
Python
,
Ansible
,
CloudFormation
, and
GitHub Actions
.
* Experienced with
CI/CD pipelines
and automation toolchains.
* Strong engineering background with Linux/Unix and Windows/Active Directory experience.
* Familiarity with
AWS/Azure entitlement & platform integration
.
* Solid understanding of
ITIL frameworks
(incident, change, problem management).
* Excellent documentation, stakeholder interaction, and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Prior experience in
automation tooling
like Octopus Deploy, TeamCity.
* Exposure to
visualisation tools
or analytics for value articulation.
* Familiarity with
financial services or highly regulated environments
