About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of being local or FIFO, depending on the right candidate’s needs, with FIFO options including a 3:1 roster and travel support provided from major hubs. We are looking for someone passionate about the construction industry, eager to apply their skills, and keen to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage civil concrete engineering projects, including the design, specification, and implementation of concrete structures.
* Ensure the technical quality of concrete design and construction, including detailed analysis, material selection, and compliance with engineering standards..
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of concrete infrastructure projects.
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that concrete works meet industry standards and safety requirements.
* Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, calculations, and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements
* Must be Australian Citizen or have permanent rights to work in Australia.
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on concrete or structural engineering (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in civil concrete engineering, with at least 2 years in Australia.
* Strong proficiency using Auto-CAD, Bluebeam etc..
* Proven experience in civil concrete projects, including foundations, pavements, and large-scale concrete structures.
* In-depth knowledge of concrete design, mix design, construction methodologies, and quality control practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and teams.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
