This is an opportunity for a Client-Side Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute to unique Residential projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them. DUTIES. Assist oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Minimum 3-4 years of experience. Previous Client-Side Project Management experience. Previous experience with Residential, Commercial, Education, Health, Aged Care, Retail, or Hospitality Projects. Bachelor of Construction or equivalent. CULTURE.
