The Role
As part of the senior leadership group, you will own and expand the property practice, overseeing an established portfolio and a broad range of matters, including :
- Commercial & industrial property transactions
- Complex business sales and acquisitions
- Land subdivisions and off-the-plan purchases
- Unit & mixed-use developments
- Commercial and industrial leasing
- General property advisory for private and corporate clients
You’ll delegate effectively, supervise a capable team, and drive best-practice processes, client service, and profitability.
About You
- 8+ years PAE in property / commercial property law with a strong transactions record
- Commercial acumen, clear client communication, and proven team leadership / mentoring
- Business development capability; an existing referral network is valued but not essential
