The Role
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with other staff within our existing support structures and join a community of motivated educators committed to ensuring the well‑being of every student at our college.
- Become a member of the Student Support Team and assist in developing and introducing systems and intervention strategies that provide a responsive and effective support service for students, families and staff.
- Work with students at risk and their families; provide support and advice to staff on strategies to help students achieve successful educational outcomes.
- Develop links with students, families, the college and appropriate community agencies, establishing a network of partnerships with government and non‑government agencies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences and contribute to the college’s crisis management response.

Eligibility
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with work rights for the term of appointment.
- Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting.
- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before starting.
