We are seeking an experienced Buyer's Agent who can step straight into live searches, manage clients independently, and execute at a high standard from day one.
This role is not suitable for junior agents or those still learning the fundamentals. You must already know how to buy property professionally.
You will work with qualified clients who have already completed a discovery session, strategy session, and finance pre-approval before you meet them. They have defined goals, are ready to buy, and require no sales process.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end buyer engagements, including:
* Interpreting and refining client buyer briefs and strategies
* Conducting independent, data-backed property searches
* Analysing investment fundamentals, suburb data, and market conditions
* Shortlisting, appraising, and negotiating residential and investment properties
* Managing offers, contracts, due diligence, and inspections
* Liaising with selling agents, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
* Representing Dynamic Advisory with professionalism, credibility, and confidence
You will be trusted to run your own files, make informed recommendations, and act decisively in competitive market conditions.
We mainly buy in Western Australia & Victoria, but also purchase Aus wide. A strong understanding of each States process for buying is required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Agent's Representative registration or higher qualification (required)
* Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or in a closely related acquisition role
* Strong buying and negotiation experience in live market conditions
* Demonstrated experience purchasing investment property, not just owner-occupier homes
* Solid understanding of property data, research, and market analysis
* Ability to assess value, risk, and upside with confidence
* Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
* High personal standards, accountability, and commercial judgement
Highly Regarded
* QPIA qualification
* Experience using Htag or similar research platforms.
* Background in advisory-led buyer's agency or investment-focused firms

* The OTE of $170K+ is based on servicing Dynamic clients. If you also choose to generate your own business this figure can be well in excess of $200K+
