Smoke Alarm Testing Services (SATS) is a professional smoke alarm testing company, locally owned and operated. We have been protecting homes across Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years, working on behalf of Real Estate Agents and Landlords to ensure their properties comply with state legislation.

We are currently looking for a high-level Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires someone who can understand our clients’ needs, proactively drive solutions, and work closely alongside our sales team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
* Resolving customer queries and troubleshooting issues over the phone.
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
* Maintaining accurate data and records within internal systems.
* Gathering, organising, and entering information into our database.
* Managing email enquiries efficiently.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous customer service experience (office environment preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail with strong data accuracy.
* A professional and friendly phone manner.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
