A loving family based in Arundel is seeking a calm, nurturing, and experienced nanny to provide consistent care for their 12 month old son. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with infants, and be confident managing developmental milestones. A gentle, patient, and screen-free approach is essential, along with the ability to build a strong bond and establish a sense of routine and stability.

Care Days: 
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 
Hours: 
Generally between 9:00am - 4:00pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm 
Schedule: 
Will change every 4 weeks to align with mum's rotating work schedule (this position needs to be your primary job to accommodate this) 
About the Child 
A 12 month old baby boy with high needs and ongoing sleep challenges. The family is seeking someone to help establish routine and stability. A gentle, patient, and screen-free approach is essential. A nanny with exceptional emotional intelligence and a nurturing personality is highly valued. 
About You 
Experience with infants and managing sleep issues 
A calm, kind, and patient demeanour 
Confident working with high needs babies and responsive parenting approaches 
Comfortable supporting developmental play without the use of screens 
Flexible and reliable, with availability for occasional weekend care 
Willingness to adapt to a schedule that changes every 4 weeks 
Open to completing a trial period to assess mutual suitability
