As the
**Store Operations Manager** you will be reporting to the Branch Manager. Your main responsibilities are accountability for the health & safety of our team members, contractors and customers as well as the profitable operation of the store and its achievement of targets and budget objectives.
**What you'll do**
- Achieve sales to budget and meet financial targets
- Lead and manage a team across retail expectations and dispatch teams
- Manage operating costs
- Succeed with daily and forecasted Inventory control
- Manage operational standards for the branch
- Grow and manage customer base, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain open lines of communication both within the branch and with stakeholders across the business
**What you'll bring**
- Previous experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of wholesale / retail operations within grocery /Confectionery or Hospitality (Foodservice & Liquor) industry
- Previous dispatch/logistics experience
- Customer Centric Focus
- Solid leadership skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of WHS polices and procedures
