We're Looking For
An experienced treasury professional with strong capability in development and construction financing, ideally within real estate, infrastructure or other capital-intensive environments.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Head of Treasury to deliver funding and financial risk management strategies across the Stockland Group and its managed capital partnerships
Lead the sourcing, negotiation and execution of financing documentation, ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory requirements and commercial priorities
Prepare and interpret treasury analysis, dashboards and insights to support proactive decision making across internal and partnership portfolios
Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, debt investors and other external stakeholders to support strong capital outcomes
Provide leadership to a small team, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to capital markets activity including refinancing, M&A and partnership structuring
Contribute to continual improvements in treasury systems, processes and reporting to strengthen capability and efficiency

You bring experience in development and construction financing and enjoy applying your expertise to complex capital environments. Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in senior treasury, financial risk management, banking, legal or finance roles within a large scale or complex organisation
Background in development or construction financing in real estate, infrastructure or other capital-intensive environments
Demonstrated capability in financing execution and engagement with stakeholders including banks and rating agencies
Strong analytical skills with experience delivering insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics and post graduate accreditation such as CA, CPA or CFA
