About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front line of our growth—building relationships, winning new business, and creating long-term value for our clients and our brand. You'll work closely with our high-performing team to develop strategic client connections and close deals across the Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calls, site visits, networking & referrals.
* Promote and sell WorkCon's labour hire and traffic control services to new clients and projects.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Track market trends and report on territory performance.
* Take on feedback and actively seek professional improvement.

What We're Looking For
We want someone who's hungry for success and ready to build their future with us.
* Proven experience in sales, especially in Industrial, Civil, Construction, or Traffic Control industries.
* A self-starter with strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
* Comfortable and confident with outbound sales activities, including:
* Cold calling prospective clients
* Canvassing new business opportunities
* Door-knocking and engaging with stakeholders directly on-site
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise.
* Natural relationship builder who thrives in a face-to-face, fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel locally, attend client meetings, and conduct on-site visits.
* Driven, energetic, and eager to make a big impact.
