THE TEAM
The Marketing team oversees all campaigns for Ticketmaster and Moshtix clients and consumers. They work in accordance with local marketing strategies to maximise ticket sales across multiple events. The Marketing team provides marketing services support across all areas of the business and develop/drive new marketing initiatives to support Ticketmaster products.
THE JOB
This position is responsible for assisting the Client Marketing Managers in the Marketing team in supporting the implementation of a range of marketing programs across both Ticketmaster and Moshtix brands. These include curating the content for the website, regular email communications, database marketing, developing marketing plans for music events, social media, performance marketing and contributing to blog content.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to drive ticket sales across Moshtix and Ticketmaster.
* Execute and optimise paid social campaigns, including performance monitoring, reporting, insights and recommendations.
* Produce and proof all marketing eDMs, newsletters, presales, ticket offers and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
* Build, update and maintain campaign landing pages, website content schedules and digital asset libraries.
* Create, write, edit and proof content across websites, emails, newsletters, social media, digital banners and other marketing channels.
* Ensure all content follows SEO best practice and adheres to brand tone of voice and style guidelines.
* Manage creative campaign elements including asset production, copywriting, social media coordination and promotional materials.
* Support key announcements and time‑sensitive campaigns, including occasional work outside standard hours.
* Develop and maintain performance marketing briefs, insertion orders and invoicing as required.
* Generate campaign reports, analyse results and share insights with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Creative and Client Management teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns aligned to client objectives.
* Maintain accurate web statistics and post‑campaign analysis for internal reporting.
* Build and manage timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are clearly communicated.
* Support Client Marketing Managers and contribute to new or existing business initiatives as needed.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external clients and industry partners.
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
* Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to build effective relationships with a broad range of people. Effective listening skills are also paramount.
* Ability to relate to people on all levels by quickly establishing rapport.
* Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure marketing deadlines and business needs are met.
* Must demonstrate a high level of PC literacy, including experience across social platforms. An exposure to HTML and database marketing would be advantageous.
* Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
* Ability to identify potential problems and devise and implement strategies to resolve the problem.
* Demonstrated ability to accommodate and adapt to changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment. Also demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Have a passion for the entertainment, the music industry and a can do attitude.
