Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Blacktown, NSW, for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, maintaining smooth office operations, providing support to the executive team, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. This role also requires phone handling, scheduling meetings, providing clerical services, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office management
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including facilitating workflows and supporting executives
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and inclusive environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and tools
A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous
