What You’ll Be Doing: Join a collaborative Employment & IR practice advising employers, insolvency practitioners and unions. Draft and review employment contracts, enterprise agreements and policies Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary processes Support corporate and transaction teams on employment-related issues Participate in IR proceedings in the Fair Work Commission What You’ll Bring: 4–6 years’ PQE in employment law and industrial relations Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to meet tight turnaround times Excellent verbal and written communication skills A positive, team-based approach and client-focused attitude Why Join?
