The Opportunity
Our client invests in training and technology for real estate expertise. The Director, an industry trainer, stresses ongoing training. With a large property management department in Melbourne, commitment to a long-term career is key for success.
Lead a meticulously managed portfolio for proactive long-term property owners. Manage client relationships mainly from the office, supported by leasing, inspections, and management teams. Ensure portfolio strength with off-site support, utilizing leasing, field services teams, and a Virtual Assistant. Minimum 2 years of portfolio management experience and an Agent's Representative Certificate are essential.
