We are currently seeking a Full Time - Kitchen Hand Team Leader to join our Food and beverage team in Pyrmont, Sydney
The position:
* Work closely with the supervisor on a day-to-day basis
* Assist team with general kitchen duties and cleaning
* Food preparation areas cleaning assistance
* Sound knowledge of food safety, cleaning procedures and processes
The Person:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a back of house setting
