Lawyer or Senior Associate - Digital and IP at Montgomery Advisory. Leading Australian law firm seeking a Digital/IP Lawyer or Senior Associate to join the national team in Brisbane.
Responsibilities
* Work on quality matters and transactions in the Digital & IP space.
* Collaborate with a national team on client matters across industries including IP, technology, telecommunications, energy & resources, real estate and government.
* Engage with diverse clients ranging from startups to ASX-listed companies and government entities.
* Involve in front-end commercial matters such as outsourcing and managed services agreements, major IT procurements, as-a-service arrangements, technology commercialisation and digitisation initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in a front-end commercial TMT practice, ideally within a mid to large commercial firm.
* Excellent drafting and technical skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Keen interest in technology matters.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
