Job Summary
This role involves providing direct support and care to children and young people living in Intensive Therapeutic Care homes. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse or neglect and may have a mental health, physical or psychosocial disability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a safe and supportive environment for young people
* Meet the daily needs of children and young people
* Provide regular care and supervision
* Support participation in education or training
Requirements:
* Diploma in Community Services or related field
* Current First Aid certification
* Australian Driver's License
* Willingness to assist with activities of daily living
