About the role:
The Pricing & Master Data Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer and pricing master data, as well as processing and validating wholesaler rebates. This position supports the Business Unit Head - Pharmaceuticals and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
You'll take ownership of tasks from start to finish, setting high standards for accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves identifying opportunities for learning and growth, applying new skills, and working within a GMP and TGA-compliant environment.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Pricing and Master Data
* Maintain pricing and customer master data in SAP
* Process and validate monthly rebates
* Manage price lists, product set-up, and GTIN register for AU & NZ
* Liaise with wholesalers on pricing and contracts
* Respond to pricing queries and support internal teams
* Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
Administration, Knowledge and Compliance
* Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies
* Complete reports and administrative tasks within deadlines
* Maintain accurate documentation and attend meetings as required
* Master relevant systems and software
* Report product complaints or adverse events promptly in line with regulatory requirements
What we are looking for:
* Exposure to SAP
* Exposure to Power BI or similar systems
* Experience in pricing maintenance and tenders
* Experience with GS1 and National Product Catalogue
* Experience with Salesforce would be viewed favourably
