We're seeking a people‐focused Front of House Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our firm. In this pivotal role, you'll set the tone for every visit—creating a seamless and premium hospitality experience for clients, guests and staff from the moment they arrive. Main duties and responsibilities
* Performing reception duties including welcoming guests and managing front desk enquiries
* Preparing and serving barista made coffee, beverages and catering with precision and care
* Coordinating internal and external catering for meetings and corporate events
* Supporting cocktail functions, boardroom lunches and staff events
* Managing daily running sheets and client meeting schedules
* Coordinating meeting room bookings, set‐ups and break‐downs
* Collaborating with IT, Reception and Property & Workplace teams to ensure technology, service and spaces elevate the client experience
* Maintaining clean, organised and well‐stocked kitchens and client spaces
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the Front of House experience
* Ensuring all service delivery aligns with brand standards, safety requirements and hospitality best practice
About you
You're someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.
* Professional, polished presentation with warm, confident communication
* Experience in premium hospitality or corporate Front of House environments
* Strong barista skills and the ability to prepare high‐quality coffees consistently
* Highly organised, calm under pressure and attentive to detail
* Proactive, solutions‐focused approach to customer service
* Collaborative team player with strong initiative and the ability to anticipate needs
* Confident using technology, administrative systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
