Lead Barista Role

Job Responsibilities
* Leadership: Train and develop a team of baristas to provide outstanding service and consistently high-quality beverages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certifications: Barista certification or equivalent experience is essential. We also require a valid Food Safety Handling Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced coffee environment.
