We have a great opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing Community Development team in Toowoomba. In this role you will participate in and deliver the civil design and documentation on a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors, across an extensive regional client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to resolve design constraints, coordinate projects, and interface with various disciplines to deliver projects with the support of a multi-disciplinary team.

About The Role
The role will require independent design, project delivery and stakeholder management and will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills.
Day-to-day Tasks Would Involve
Design, coordination and project management of civil engineering projects, from feasibility through to construction
Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaising with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits
Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects
Manage projects including scheduling and the preparation of project budgets
Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
Maintain existing and develop new, trusted relationships with key clients
Supporting Project Leaders and Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management and overall client satisfaction.
To Be Successful For This Role You'll Need
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Experience (5 to 15 years) in civil engineering design and the delivery of either urban development, regional, road, transport or water/sewage projects (essential)
Experience and a sound understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modelling and construction
Project management skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including report writing
