 
        
        Part-time Service Desk role based at the Sunshine Coast

Contract opportunity with local government client based on the Sunshine Coast.
**Your new role**
2 month contract - PART TIME - 18.25 per week
1st and 2nd level service request resolution (for identified service request types) combined with also providing front line customer support for requests received via the Service Desk. 
- Provide front-line customer service, support, and advice - first and some second level service request resolution 
- Assist with provisioning of user access, permissions 
- Manage onboarding and offboarding access 
- Support and maintain the Service Desk telephone support line and outlook inbox ensuring that all requests are attended to within the agreed service levels. 
- Pro-actively identify call trends and escalate potential issues that may arise from customer requests 
- Ensure frequently asked questions, work instructions and support documentation are
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Relevant IT Qualification 
- Relevant experience in the ICT industry, preferably IT Service Desk. 
- Strong customer focus, time management and communication skills. With demonstrated ability to trouble shoot problems or know when to escalate. 
- 'C' class driver's licence
