Key Responsibilities
* Value DemonstrationDeliver technical support, product trials, and demonstrations to enhance customer outcomes in productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.
* Data Analysis & InsightsCollect, analyse, and interpret data related to your performance, wear rates, fuel efficiency, and site conditions. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that optimise customer operations.
* Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Mine Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Workshop Managers, and Procurement teams.
* Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new mining customers.
* Account ManagementAssess customer tier potential and manage account performance. Collect purchase orders and ensure deliveries are aligned with contractual commitments.
* Coordination & PlanningWork cross‐functionally to ensure seamless service delivery. Plan and execute activities aligned with Michelin's business strategy.
* Reporting & DocumentationPrepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
About You
A qualification in Mechanical, Mining, or a related discipline provides a strong foundation to understand the technical aspects of the role. You bring experience in client service, technical, or sales‐focused positions and excel at building strong relationships, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, sharing insights, solving challenges, and influencing outcomes.
Analytical by nature, you enjoy turning data into actionable recommendations that drive real impact. You are proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), flexible, and willing to travel as required.
