- Utilise your strong engagement skills to be a first point of contact for families and community entering the Family Connect and Support Program
- Provide high quality, strengths based and person-centred intake, assessment, and interventions, with a focus on child safety
- Be innovative and solution focused in your approach to supporting families
- Work within a highly skilled, supportive, and motivated team.
- A deep understanding of the challenges that face families, children and young people face, particularly those in marginalised groups
- The ability to achieve positive outcomes for families within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration skills with a focus on data entry and case noting.
- Knowledge of local support services and referral pathways.
- Experience of working with a child safety lens.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, education, psychology, social work, early childhood, social welfare or similar.
