Are you reliable, driven, and customer-focused? We want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde on a Permanent Full-Time basis
We're looking for a Customer Solutions Agent to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You'll work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation .
What you'll be doing
* Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
* Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
* Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
