Customer Service Administrator:
My client is looking for a hard working individual to start ASAP on a fulltime basis. Based in Welshpool, my client is one of Australia's leading providers of cement.
The role:
- 80% Customer focused - processing POs, invoicing, scheduling, customer enquiries
- 20% Accounts Payable - raising POs, getting supplier invoices approved & receipting in stock
- Confident answering phone & taking down details from the customer Interaction
- Some quoting (but not initially)
- General office duties, opening mail, ordering office stationery
The person:
- Confident phone manner
- Great communicator - written & verbal
- Some experience with customers
- Shows initiative
- Can problem solve or sort out an issue
- High volume admin/processing skills
- Can work closely with admin team
